Edgars got SHREDDED without going to the gym!

Edgars was preparing for his first bodybuilding competition and contacted me because he wanted to drop body fat and do so without going to the gym. A busy professional, Edgars didn’t have the time to get to the gym, so I designed a special workout program for him that could be performed at home. After just 8 weeks, Edgars got down to 8% body fat and won a bronze medal at the bodybuilding competition he had been preparing for.
